Vickie M. Hoff, 50, of 564 State St., Apt. 2, was charged by Watertown police just before 6 p.m. Friday with second-degree harassment.

It is alleged that she shoved her boyfriend, George T. Stout, same address, backwards in front of police officers. She is due to answer the charge in City Court.
