Casandra L. Devine, 21, of 736 W. Main St., Apt. 3, was charged by Watertown police at 11:55 a.m. Saturday with petit larceny.

It is alleged that she wrote three checks totaling $252.08 drawn on closed account to Real Deals, 144 Eastern Boulevard. She is due to answer the charge in City Court.
