ELLISBURG Kenneth J. Stoner, 19, of 9444 Mixer Road, was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies at about 9;45 p.m. Friday with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree harassment.
Police said that at about 3 p.m. while he was at 538 West End Ave., Carthage, he twice called Ashley N. Deline at 22103 Route 11, town of Pamelia, using a restricted number, violating a Family Court order of protection. It is further alleged that called her in a manner to cause alarm, asking her to come to Carthage.
He was arraigned in Leray Town Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $2,500 cash. Mr. Stoner was sentenced Dec. 3 in County Court to three years probation for an Oct. 26 guilty plea to second-degree criminal contempt. In that case, he admitted violating an order of protection held by Ms. Deline by calling her and threatening her June 30.
