FAILURE TO KEEP RIGHT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Paul I. Adams, 59, of New York City with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed for failure to keep right at 12:16 a.m. Tuesday following a property damage accident on Sandstone Drive.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Zachary S. Amberg, 20, of Gouverneur and Nathaniel B. Burgess, 20, of Gouverneur with disorderly conduct - violent behavior at 2:49 a.m. Tuesday following an alteration on Market Street. Burgess was additionally charged with resisting arrest. Burgess was arraigned by Potsdam Village Justice Nicholas Pignone and released under the supervision of the probation department.

0315 Received a report of a subject refusing to leave Maxfield’s on Market Street. Patrols responded.

0434 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

0441 Received a report of a power line down on Hamilton Street. Patrol responded and observed the line to be a low hanging cable line. Time Warner Cable was notified.

1103 Report of a property damage accident on Maple Street.

1252 Report of a dog bite victim at Canton Potsdam Hospital.

1306 Record check completed on two individuals for pistol permit applications.

1611 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to Norwood.

1707 Canton Potsdam Hospital requests removal of an individual from their lobby. Patrols responded and completed same.

2205 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.
