City police ticketed Allan M. Gauthier, 22, of 520 New York Ave., on Monday at 5:16 p.m. at the intersection of Morris Street and Canton Street for driving at an unreasonable speed following a motor vehicle accident. Gary S. Corbine, 48, of 113 Montgomery St., was driving the other vehicle. No injuries were reported.

David E. Larose Jr., 77, of 939 East David St., apartment 2, was ticketed by city police Monday at 6:33 p.m. at the intersection of Lafayette and Morris streets for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a motor vehicle accident. Briannah R. Sullivan, 24, of 1828 Ford St., apartment 5, was driving the other vehicle, police said. No injuries were reported.

Kurt M. Bjork, 24, of 122 Belmont Courts, was arrested on Tuesday at 12:33 a.m. at 121 Belmont Courts on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for violating probation, city police said. He was transported to county jail, Canton.

City police arrested Thadcher C. Adams, 19 of 912 Lake St., Tuesday at 1:35 a.m. at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center on a city court warrant for resisting arrest. Police said Mr. Adams identified himself as his brother, Decodie T. Adams, 21, and was also arrested for second-degree forgery. He was released probation supervision following arraignment.

City police arrested Arthur A. Harper, 40, of 112 County Route 11, Gouverneur, at 8:22 a.m. on Tuesday on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. He posted $100 bail and was released.

Police ticketed Thomas A. Burns, 68, of 200 Patterson St., Tuesday at 11:21 a.m. at the intersection of Greene and State streets for passing a red light following a motor vehicle accident also involving Kimberly A. Rayner, 52, of 623 Albany Ave. No injuries were reported.

Kevin P. Rickett, 41, of 23 Laboda Lane, was arrested on Tuesday at 1:05 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine, city police said. He posted $200 bail and was issued an appearance ticket.
