The Ogdensburg Parks and Recreation Department will offer the following programs at the Richard G. Lockwood Civic Center this week:

Thursday: Toddler Time from 9-11 a.m. ($2); Open Hockey (10 & up) from 3:15-4:15 p.m. ($2).

Friday: Senior Citizen Skate from 8:30-10:30 a.m. ($2); Lunch Skate from 11:30-12:30 p.m. ($2); Toddler Time from 4-5 p.m. ($2)

Sunday: Public Skate from 4:30-6:30 p.m. with it costing $1 for children, $2 for adults and $3 for skate rentals.
