FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Donald Auster, 90, of Canton forfailure to yield the right of way at 10:30 a.m. Thursday following an investigation into a two-vehicle property damage accident on Market Street.

1030 Patrol responded to report of two vehicle property damage accident on Market Street at the intersection with Sisson Street. Ticket was issued to operator determined to be at fault for the accident.

1158 A handicapped parking permit was issued to a resident of the town of Colton.

1220 Received report of a larceny that took place at a local business on Christmas Eve. Investigation continues.

1230 A handicapped parking permit was issued to a resident of the town of Potsdam.

1300 Potsdam PD contacted requested to assist in property retrieval.

1330 Received report of a hit and run accident at a local business on Pierrepont Avenue. Investigation continues.

1834 Patrols responded to a trespass complaint on Spring Street.

1931 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call on state Highway 56 between Potsdam and Norwood.

2243 Received report of property lost, possibly at a business located on Market Street.
