ADAMS Haley Riley finished with 15 kills, 10 points and three aces as Lowville claimed an interdivision sweep over South Jefferson by scores of 25-22, 25-17, 25-15 in Frontier League volleyball Saturday.
Tasha Widrick added 30 assists and 11 service points, while Rachael Waite contributed 12 kills for Lowville (8-1 overall).
Janessa Vaadi recorded seven kills and two blocks for South Jefferson (6-3, 5-3).
SANDY CREEK 3, INDIAN RIVER 0
Michaela Martin managed nine service points, five kills and six digs to lead the unbeaten Comets to an interdivision victory over the Warriors, 25-10, 25-19, 25-21, at Philadelphia.
Kylee Martin added five aces, 10 service points and 10 assists and Viki White provided four aces and 13 service points for Sandy Creek (9-0).
SOUTH LEWIS 3, WATERTOWN 1
Chloe Stinebrickner supplied seven kills, six digs and 25 assists to power the Falcons to an interdivision victory over the Cyclones, 25-19, 25-21, 20-25, 27-25.
Gabrielle Hartley had 13 service points, five kills and four digs and Jayne Strigle supplied 25 digs and seven service points for South Lewis (6-4).
For the Cyclones (5-4, 4-3), Jenna Hibbard supplied 19 assists and four kills, and Leah Rojas recorded five kills and 15 digs. Porsha Gathers-Grossett pitched in with seven kills, and Nemesis Ruiz finished with 11 kills and nine digs.
CARTHAGE 3, THOUSAND ISLANDS 0
Courtney Cunningham and Cassie Birth each registered seven kills as the Comets swept the Vikings, 25-10, 25-10, 25-17, in an interdivision match at Carthage. Carly Sullivan provided four aces and nine assists for Carthage (8-2, 6-2).
Spartans go unbeaten
South Jefferson won all seven matches to capture the team title at the Central Square Duals. Ryan Charlebois was one of seven Spartans to go unbeaten and was named Most Outstanding Wrestler at 195 pounds.

South Jefferson beat Northern Adirondack (61-2), Watertown (82-3), Herkimer (76-5), Cortland (51-18), Tioga (54-29), Central Square (52-18) and Chenango Valley (58-27).
WARRIORS WIN IN ILION
Three individual champions and four finalists helped Indian River claim first place at the Leo J. Sammon Tournament in Ilion.
Derrick Gray (138 pounds), Sonny McPherson (170) and Thomas Gitlin (182) each won their respective weight classes to give the Warriors 188 team points. Michael Mullins placed second at 120.
Lowville finished second with 150 1/2 points, followed by Ilion with 150.
Copenhagen placed fifth, South Lewis was 12th and Beaver River finished 14th in the 16-team field.
LIONS TAKE SARATOGA
General Brown beat second-place Queensbury by 59 1/2 points due to five individual champions and eight finalists at the Saratoga Invitational.
Ryan Snow (126 pounds), Tyler Silverthorn (160), Colton Erb (170), Riccardo Dawkins (182) and Zech Pitre (195) each earned titles for the Lions.
Corey Gaffney (220), Brian Lear (132) and Connor Schissler (106) each placed second in their respective divisions, and Jordan Schofield took third at 285.
BRADY SHINES AT ONEONTA
Shayne Brady of Carthage pinned Robert Cuomo of Saugherties in 3 minutes, 38 seconds, to capture the 182-pound weight class at the Ross Kordell Rotary Tournament in Oneonta.
Carthage scored 35 points to finish 12th out of 16 teams. Burnt Hills easily captured the team title with 225½ points.
Mason McNitt was a second-place finisher at 160 pounds for Sandy Creek, which took ninth with 124 points.
ISLANDERS 4, MALONE 2
Kyle Delaney scored a pair of goals as the Islanders earned the Division II win at Alexandria Bay.
Evan Dier contributed a goal and two assists for the Islanders (4-4-1, 2-4), while Sean Shephard also scored and Trevor Hughes had two assists.
Kelsey Head scored both goals for the Huskies (5-2-1, 3-2-1).
