GOUVERNEUR — Grant J. Lewis, 17, of 150 Rock Island St., was charged Saturday by state police with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Police said they were called to Mr. Lewis’s home in response to a call that he was acting out of control.

He is accused of twice pushing a trooper and of shouting profanities as he was being led out of the house.

He was taken to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $1,500 bail.
