CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Michael J. Riley, 25, of Massena with a felony count of first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment stemming from an incident reported at 1:10 a.m. Wednesday in the town of Norfolk. He was taken into custody at 2224 state Route 420, arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

AGGRAVATED DWI - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police charged Jamie Ramos, 33, of Constable with aggravated driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate exhaust and operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a stop at 10:52 p.m. Tuesday on the Bird Road in the town of Westville.

HARASSMENT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged James G. Yelle, 49, of Norfolk with second-degree harassment Monday evenign at 2133 County Route 38. Troopers said the charge stemmed from an investigation into a complaint received at 1 p.m. Dec. 11 from the town of Stockholm.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Charles S. Fuller, 27, of Moira with unlawful possession of marijuana at 3:43 p.m. Monday at 455 County Route 32 in the town of Bombay.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police from around the region have investigated a number of property damage accidents on Monday and Tuesday. Among those were:

■ James David Donnelly, 19, of Grantville at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 3, near Route 56, in the town of Colton.

■ Kevin M. Edwards, 20, of Winthrop at 5:38 p.m. Tuesday on County Route 47, near the Crane Road, in the town of Stockholm.

■ Dean M. Green, 48, and Claudine G. Muckle, 56, both of South Colton, were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 8:24 a.m. Monday in a driveway at 3291 state Route 56 in the town of Colton.

■ Kayla Ann French, 19, of Norwood at 11:11 a.m. Monday on Ridge Street at Bridge Street in the village of Norwood.

■ McKenzie M. Sharpe, 17, of Massena at 10:28 p.m. Monday on Brouse Road in the town of Norfolk.
