Francis P. “Frank” Willard, 58, of Syracuse and Pillar Point, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, January 8th at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse.Among his survivors is his wife Helen.A Celebration of His Life will be held 12 noon, Saturday, January 12th at the Watertown Elks Lodge, Bradley St., Watertown.A complete obituary will follow.Arrangements are with the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown.
