Mrs. Michele A. DeCarr, age 53 of Parishville, NY passed away suddenly on January 7, 2013. She was pronounced dead in the Emergency Room at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital. There will be a memorial service on Tuesday, January 15th at 7pm at the Garner Funeral Service. Friends may call at the Garner Funeral Service on Tuesday from 4-7 pm.
