The Lions Club River Shiver Polar Bear 5K Run-Walk will be held on Saturday, Feb. 16. The race will be headquartered at the Ed Dobisky Visitor Center and will begin at 10 a.m.

The pre-registration entry fee is $15 and must be received no later than Feb. 8.

Entries received after Feb. 8 and race day entries are $18.

Please mail completed form along with entry fee to Lion’s Club Polar Bear Run – Walk, PO Box 252, Ogdensburg, NY 13669 or bring to the Medicine Place at 511 State Street, Ogdensburg.

Race day registration begins at 9 a.m. at the community center. Long-sleeve tee shirts will be given to pre-registered and race day entrants as available.

All participants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or guardian by signing this form below.
