Jane E. Chilton, 90, passed away December 26, 2012, at the Riverledge Healthcare Facility. Along with two brothers , Jack and Tom, and her sister, Mary Lou, Jayne was also predeceased by her step-mother and companion of almost 60 years, Elizabeth “Libby” Salmon Chilton, also of Ogdensburg.
