Called Business Ventures in the North Country, a free public event for those interested in starting or purchasing a business will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Hilton Garden Inn on Arsenal Street.

Hosted by Exit More Real Estate of Watertown, the event is geared toward investors, military members and their spouses who will have a chance to request answers from local experts, including two commercial lenders, a government representative who will highlight information on business planning and an attorney who will discuss what entities are appropriate for starting a business.
