FALSE IDENTIFICATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Scott S. Barrows, 18, of Millbury, Mass., with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument at 2:11a.m. Sunsay following a traffic stop on Park Street. Police said Barrows had a fake driver’s license from the state of Pennsylvania when his vehicle was stopped on Park Street. He was released on an appearance ticket.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Dylan J. Caldiero, 20, of Buffalo with disorderly conduct at 2:56a.m. Sunday following an incident on Market Street. Police allege Caldiero threw a glass bottle into the roadway on Market Street ,creating a hazardous condition. He was released an appearance ticket.

1446Patrol transferred a call concerning a domestic dispute in Parishville to the sheriff’s department.

1457Patrol received a call about a backed up sewer pipe on Castle Drive, DPW was notified.

1523Patrols attempted to locate a disoriented male in the area of the Crane School of Music on the SUNY Potsdam campus and surrounding neighborhoodsreported by SUNY Potsdam Police as wandering around wearing an orange shirt and no pants. No one matching that description was located.

1535Patrol assisted a male who stopped at the police station with a complaint about telephone message he had received. The message sender was trying to locate another person.

1605Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call in Norwood.

1726 Patrols received a call about a woman wearing a dark coat, walking up the middle of Market Street, near McDonald’s traveling toward Save-A-Lot. Negative contact.

1813Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call on Garden Street. Patrols also responded.

2217Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call at Mayfield Drive.
