POTSDAM — Robert D. Howell, 22, Florida, N.Y., was arrested at 1:25 a.m. Friday following a fight outside a residence on Lawrence Avenue, according to village police.

Police said Mr. Howell was charged with harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and unlawful imprisonment after a domestic dispute with a victim they did not identify.

He was arraigned before Village Justice Nicholas J. Pignone and released on his own recognizance.
