NORFOLK — A 15-year-old Massena girl was charged Tuesday by state police with criminal mischief.

The girl, whom police did not identify, allegedly broke a window at a house on Main Street during a domestic dispute Dec. 2.

She is scheduled to appear in St. Lawrence County Family Court.
