Terrah K. Frederick, 24, of 339 Arlington St., who has prosecution pending in three felony cases dating back to November 2011, was arrested Sunday afternoon following a domestic fight at her home.
She was to be arraigned Monday in City Court on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and single counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and harassment. Watertown police allege that at about 3:40 a.m. Saturday, she entered the apartment of Christina L. Frederick, 26, same address, punched her in the face, pulled her hair, and then attempted to chase Christina Frederick out the door while the woman was holding a 2-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy. Terrah Frederick also kicked down a door while going after the woman, police said.
While Terrah Frederick told officers that the two women share the apartment, Christina Frederick said Terrah has not lived there for several months, police said.
A state trooper assisted with the arrest.
Terrah Frederick was arrested in November and December 2011, each time on charges of harassment and felony criminal contempt involving Christina Frederick. In one of those incidents, police listed Christina as Terrahs wife.
State police charged Terrah Frederick in November with fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records in an alleged $1,400 embezzlement investigation. All three of those cases are still open for possible grand jury action, according to the Jefferson County District Attorneys Office.
