Eugene J. Cappuccetti IV, 26, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. S4, was arrested Tuesday morning by city police on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment following a domestic fight.

Police said he is accused of shoving and yelling at Elise J. Robinson, 24, same address, shortly after 4 a.m. Wednesday while a 4-year-old boy was in the apartment.
