CAPE VINCENT — The Town Council, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a work session with Cape Vincent Wind Farm project manager Richard Chandler at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Cape Vincent Recreation Park on James Street.

BP Wind Energy will hold another Article X workshop at the same location at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
