Juan C. Guzman, 34, who has an Oswegatchie address with the state’s sexual offender registry, was arrested by Watertown police Tuesday for allegedly not updating his address for the registry.

He faces prosecution in City Court.

Police said he failed to report to the registry that between Oct. 19 and Dec. 14 he lived in Watertown at 517 Jefferson St. He was arrested in Harrisville.
