Robert and Lillian Sharrott, Watertown, announce the engagement of their daughter, Diana Sharrott, to Todd Hewey, both of Watertown.

Ms. Sharrott graduated in 1999 from Watertown High School and received an associate degree in court reporting from Alfred State College in 2001. She owns DMY Court Reporting, Watertown, which she established in 2001.

Mr. Hewey, son of Susan Pappa, Wilmington, and Gordon Hewey, New Russia, attended Watertown High School and received a welding certificate from Jefferson-Lewis Board of Cooperative Educational Services in 1999. He is employed by F.X. Caprara Honda, Watertown.

A June wedding in Alexandria Bay is planned.
