OGDENSBURG - Ray A. Planty, 33, of 708 Washington St., Apt. 3, was charged with assault and criminal contempt by village police on Saturday.

Mr. Planty was allegedly involved in a physical dispute with Suzette M. Myers, 30, also of 708 Washington St., Apt. 3.

He was taken to St. Lawrence County Jail and held on $1,000 bail.
