MASSENA – Stephen J. Reidell, 36, of 621 Lansing St., Watertown, and Kylie R. Nyland, 29, of 619 Lansing St., Watertown, were charged by state police with criminal possession of a controlled substance at 9:15 p.m. Saturday.

The two were stopped for allegedly failing to use a turn signal when turning off of University Ave. They were found to be in possession of pills and opiates, according to troopers.
