POTSDAM — Genevieve R. Ramsay, 24, of Potsdam, was charged by village police with criminal mischief and assault at 3:25 a.m. Saturday.

Ms. Ramsay allegedly bit an unidentified male on the arm and broke a cellphone during a dispute on Riverside Drive.

She is to appear in Village Court.
