Brandon C. Gage, 20, of 620 New York Ave., was ticketed Sunday at 1:22 a.m. on Spring Street for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone, city police reported.

Margaret J. Lamont, 46, of Burritts Rapids, Ontario, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:25 a.m. on Proctor Avenue for speeding, Ogdensburg police said.

Raymond L. Planty, 33, of 708 Washington St., Apt. 3, was arrested Saturday at 7:09 a.m. for third-degree assault and first-degree criminal contempt. City police said the charges stemmed from a domestic incident. He was sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $1,000 bail and told to abide by a no-contact order of protection for Suzette M. Myers, 30, same address.

Jessica J. Kerr, 32, of 4671 Route 68, was arrested Saturday at 1:22 a.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear to pay a fine, Ogdensburg police said.
