PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 310 near County Route 44 in the town of Norfolk. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Jason A. Chilton, 38, of Massena.

FALSE STATEMENT - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Charles S. Fuller, 27, of Moira Tuesday afternoon with making a false written statement. Troopers said the arrest was made at 455 County Route 32, Bombay. The charge stemmed from an investigation into a burglary complaint made to state police at 2:23 p.m. Monday from the town of Bombay.
