Arthur H. Flanders, age 88, died at his home in Potsdam on January 20, 2013. There are no calling hours, and no service. Arrangements are with the Seymour Funeral Home in Potsdam. Mr. Flanders was a self-employed contractor for many years. A noted antique automobile collector for years, he will be missed by all who knew him.
