Daniel L. Hockey, 56, of 140 Charles St., was arrested by city police Thursday evening after he allegedly punched and damaged the wall in his home.
The last time he did that, in October, it cost him at least $220 in a City Court fine and fees.
Mr. Hockey was due for arraignment Friday in City Court on charges of second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Police said he violated refrain from terms in a City Court order of protection when he punched the bedroom wall during a domestic fight with his wife, Deborah.
He was charged in October with criminal mischief for punching holes in the wall at his residence. The charge was reduced in City Court to disorderly conduct.
