Tara L. Crowley, 52, of 906 Washington St., was ticketed Thursday at 8:14 a.m. on Ford Street for speeding, Ogdensburg police said.

Mark J. Dawson, 41, of Brockville, Ontario, was arrested Thursday at 12:04 a.m. for driving while intoxicated, city police said.

Also, Mathew C. Dillabough, 37, of Brockville, was arrested for resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.

Both men were released from city court after posting $500 bail.
