POTSDAM — Konnor Bigwarfe scored 17 points and added eight assists to help the Potsdam boys basketball team to an 81-28 victory over Norwood-Norfolk in a nonleague game Thursday.

Will Coleman scored 14 points for the Sandstoners (9-4 ovearll). Shawn Clark scored 11 points with eight rebounds for Potsdam.

Cody Rust paced the Flyers (1-14) with 11 points.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

CLIFTON-FINE 45, HARRISVILLE 33

Hunter Hitchman scored 15 points and Lexi Pomerville added 11 to lead the Eagles (10-3, 7-3) past the Pirates in a Northern Athletic Conference West Division game in Harrisville.

Kathleen Coloney led the Pirates (8-6, 7-4) with 17 points and 14 rebounds and Chelsea Pierce grabbed 10 rebounds for Harrisville.

HEUVELTON 52, MORRISTOWN 16

Alexis Weidner scored 13 points and made seven steals to lead the Bulldogs (11-3, 9-2) past the Green Rockets in a West Division game in Morristown.

Jordyn Tulley scored 10 points to lead Morristown (0-13, 0-11).

MASSENA 52, GOUVERNEUR 36

A 17-3 spurt in the first quarter helped the Red Raiders (10-6, 7-3) defeat the Wildcats in a West Division game in Gouverneur.

Aryann Jacobs led the Red Raiders with 24 points and Marissa Manley and Steffanie Premo each scored 10 points.

Rachel Knowlton led Gouverneur (2-12, 0-10) with 11 points.

CHATEAUGAY 39, ST. LAWRENCE 22

Courtney Boyea scored 15 points to help the Bulldogs (11-1, 8-0) knock off the Larries in an interdivision game in Chateaugay. Lindsay Thayer scored 12 points to lead the Larrries (8-8).
