AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Taylor J. Donie, 19, of Massena with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for illegally passing a red light at 7:35 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Market Street.

RED LIGHT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Frances G. Bell, 65, of Cardinal, Ont., for a red light violation at 1:13 p.m. Friday following an investigation into an accident at Lawrence Avenue and Elm Street.

PASSING SCHOOL BUS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Natalie Kawecki, 25, of Heuvelton for passing a stopped school bus at 1:20 p.m. Friday.

0006 Clarkson Security turned over a small amount of marihuana for destruction.

0043 Traffic stop on Pine Street. Verbal warning issued.

0601 Patrol assisted with a disabled vehicle on Maple Street.

0856 Patrols dispatched to a burglar alarm at an Elm Street business. The alarm was found to have been set off accidently by employees.

0915 Took a report of lost property.

1035 Assisted an out of state police agency with a pistol permit background check.

1045 Subject found an object she felt was suspicious and turned it into the PD.

1110 Caller reports she lost her wallet.

1135 Caller reports an address that she believes is having underage drinking parties

1305 A patrol responded to an accident on Depot Street.

1313 Traffic stop. Ticket issued.

1320 Traffic stop. Ticket issued.

1326 A patrol responded to an accident in front of the U.S. Post Office.

1355 Found property turned into the PD. Owner located and notified.

1435 A patrol assisted a disabled motorist by pushing him out of the roadway and into a parking lot.

1441 A subject entered the station and reports he had property stolen from a house. The victim identified a possible suspect, and an officer made contact and gained an admission. The victim did not wish to pursue charges as he stated he is friends with the suspect.

1748 Traffic stop initiated and warning issued.

1810 Traffic stop initiated and warning issued.

1815 Record checks completed on eight individuals for pistol permit applications.

1920 Manager from a local business called and stated they have had a theft. A patrol was dispatched to investigate.

1935 Traffic stop on Raymond Street. Ticket issued.

2034 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call on the SUNY Potsdam campus.

2132 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call at Sunoco on Market Street. Patrol responded.

2245 Traffic stop on Maple Street. Verbal warning.
