POTSDAM — Kelly A. Blanchard, 27, of 1354 County Route 35, Canton, was charged with petit larceny by state police at 3:15 p.m. Saturday.

Ms. Blanchard allegedly shoplifted a box of dryer sheets from Walmart in Potsdam.

She is scheduled to appear in Town Court.
