CANTON — Three people were arrested Friday after they allegedly stole a marking barrel from a road.

St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies charged Timothy S. Middlemiss, 23, of 143 Fulton Road, Lisbon, Katelynn A. Perry, 18, of 72 Jones Road, Lisbon, and Jessica L. Mathys, 18, of 998 Miner St., with petit larceny.

They are scheduled to appear in Canton Town Court.
