CONSTABLEVILLE — A Turin man was charged Monday with second-degree criminal trespass at a residence on West Street in Constableville.

Deputies said they responded to the residence for a report of an unwanted person and that John T. Millard, 34, refused to leave when so ordered.

Mr. Millard was arraigned in West Turin Town Court and sent to Lewis County jail, Lowville, on $500 bail.
