Mary Kathryn Welcker, 79, mother of Karen Horton, Watertown and Rosemary Wilder, West Carthage died January 8, 2013 at home in Lake Helen, FL. Funeral arrangements are with Lankford Funeral Home in Deland, FL. A memorial service will be held Feb. 2nd at 11 am at St. James Church, Carthage, NY. Friends and family are welcome. Surviving besides her two daughters are six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
