Nathaniel Gary III, 22, of 519 Emerson St., Apt. 1, was arrested by city police Monday on a charge of fifth-degree criminal sale of marijuana.

He faces prosecution in City Court on allegations that on Friday he sold marijuana to Tieisha M.A. McNeal, 22, at her residence, 912 Franklin St., according to police.

Ms. McNeal is cited with unlawful possession of marijuana.
