The Jefferson County Historical Society will host a “Chocolate and Cocktails” reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Feb. 12 at the society, 228 Washington St.

Hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and specialty cocktails will be served that Tuesday evening. Chocolate liquors, wine, beer, non-alcoholic punch, hot chocolate and coffee also will be available.

Sweet treats will include a chocolate fountain with fruits and more.

There will be live music and access to exhibits.

Admission is $10 per person. Reservations are appreciated by calling the society at 782-3491 or by dropping by the museum.
