CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - POTSDAM - Village police charged Travis M. Chase, 22, of Norfolk with second-degree criminal mischief Thursday afternoon following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 5:53 p.m. Sept. 17 from the town of Potsdam. He was taken into custody at 2 p.m. Thursday at 59 South Main St. Chase was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

BAD CHECK - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Thomas J. Burnor, 30, of Potsdam with issuing a bad check on an account with insufficient funds Thursday following a complaint lodged with troopers at 11:46 a.m. Jan. 22 from the town of Massena.
