Three men were each charged with disorderly conduct following a fight in the 100 block of Washington Street on Saturday morning.

City police arrested Mark A. Santiago, 28, of 1429 Gill St., Apt. 454B, Watertown, Gabriel J. Quiles, 23, of 1785 5th Armored Division Dr., Fort Drum, and James M. Jones, 23, of 26177 Route 3, Watertown, at about 2:30 a.m.

Mr. Jones was also charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and resisting arrest after he pull back the right hand of Officer Adam C. Beshures and failed to place his arms behind his back when told he was under arrest, police said.
