MASSENA — Eric J. Deshane, 19, of 733 Route 37C, was charged by state police Friday with criminal contempt.

He is accused of repeatedly walking within the vicinity of a person who holds an order of protection against him at St. Lawrence Centre mall.

The person was not identified by police.

Mr. Deshane is scheduled to appear in Massena Town Court.
