STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Audrey S. Armstrong, 74, of Massena for a stop sign violation at 1:45 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Grove Street near Ridgewood Avenue.

STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Hugh P. Wing, 64, of Massena for a stop sign violation at 11:35 a.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Grove Street near Ridgwood Avenue.
