The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Kevin M. Atkins, 49, of 141 Church St., Carthage, was charged by Carthage police at 7:35 p.m. Sunday with felony DWI, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the parking lot at Carthage Market, 120 Riverside Drive, where his vehicle was seen “doing doughnuts” near gas pumps.

Police listed his blood alcohol content as 0.11 percent. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.

He faces a felony because he was convicted of DWI in August 2009 in Watertown, police said.

■ Allen B. Juff Jr., 54, of 234 Francis St., Watertown, was arrested by Watertown police on charges of aggravated DWI and making an improper turn after he was involved in an accident about 3 p.m. Sunday at Arsenal Street and Bellew Avenue. Police said he made a wide turn at the intersection and struck the driver’s-side front corner of a car operated by Ricky J. Boyce, 35, Glen Park, who was stopped for a red light. Mr. Huff’s BAC was 0.26 percent, police said. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.

■ Ryan M. Dempsey, 26, of 523 Arsenal St., Watertown, was charged by state police at 11:50 p.m. Saturday on LeRay Street in Watertown. Police said he refused to take a breath test.
