Cody L. Davis, 18, Watertown, an inmate at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, was charged Tuesday by Watertown police with second-degree rape.
He is accused of having sexual intercourse the night of Aug. 21 with a 13-year-old girl, according to a police document.
Mr. Davis is jailed on a grand jury indictment charging him with robbery, conspiracy, possessing stolen property, petit larceny, endangering the welfare of a child and filing a false written statement.
