PULASKI — State troopers were called Tuesday afternoon to break up a domestic fight at a North Jefferson Street residence and discovered a meth lab in the house, according to police.

As a result of the investigation, Eugene J. Lacour, 37, of 4855 N. Jefferson St., is being held without bail in Oswego County jail, Oswego. He is charged with third-degree manufacture of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and harassment. He awaits grand jury action.

The alleged victim of the domestic fight, Autumn M. Lavanchard, 23, same address, also is jailed. She initially was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, to be confined on bench warrants issued in Watertown Town Court. She faces prosecution on charges of petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy in alleged shoplifting incidents Oct. 11 at Salmon Run Mall.

State police subsequently filed the meth lab and controlled substance charges against her, and she was transferred to Oswego County jail.

After troopers discovered the meth lab, the state police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team was called in to investigate.
