Police arrested Tammy E. Flath, 37, of 160 Berger Ave., Syracuse, at 8:44 a.m. on Tuesday at the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on a city court bench warrant for a probation violation. She was arraigned and released to probation supervision.

Police arrested Jessica L. Martin, 24, of 920 Washington St., at 11:26 a.m. at City Hall on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at her court date to answer a petit larceny charge. She was arraigned and released under her own recognizance.

Police ticketed Michele E. French, 29, of 702 Cedar St., Apt. 2, at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Linden Street for driving an uninspected vehicle and having expired registration.
