William F. Tebo, age 80, of 1014 Mechanic Street, Ogdensburg, passed away Wednesday morning on February 6, 2013 at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time but are under the direction of Frary Funeral Home.
