UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Dustin M. Alt, 29, St. Regis Falls for speed in zone (46/30) and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 11:28 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Sandstone Drive. Police said a check of Alt’s driver’s license status showed his Pennsylvania operation privileges were suspended.

FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Natalie A. Burnett, 20, of Winthrop for failure to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle at 11:41 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Market Street. Police saidwhile patrols were out on a traffic stop Burnett failed to move over providing sufficient room for the safety of the police officers.

2154 Report of an argument on Bay Street. Patrols responded and determined not to be an argument.

2328 Traffic stop on Market Street. Tickets issued.

2341 Traffic stop on Market Street. Ticket issued.

2355 Intoxicated subject on Elm Street. Patrols responded.
