HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Michael D. Dinan, 44, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment at 4:40p.m. Friday. Police said Dinan sent harassing text messages to another individual.

1905 A patrol was dispatched to Main Street to look for two dogs running around in traffic.

2000 Patrols assisted a motorist stuck in the snow on Fall Island.

2117 Patrols investigated a vehicle off the road on U.S. Highway 11 in the vicinity of the Hatch Road. Operator had fled the scene.

2121 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call in Canton.

2136 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to an auto accident on State Highway 56.

2250 Patrols responded to McDuff’s for a subject acting disorderly.

2300 Patrols assisted a citizen with installing a car seat.
